1.2 Technical Errors:
- If a payment is processed in error (e.g., duplicate charges), the excess amount will be refunded.
1.3 Dissatisfaction with Service:
- Refunds for dissatisfaction with services rendered will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence (e.g., feedback or documentation) must be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

- Once the review has been completed and delivered to the client, no refund will be issued.
2.2 Job Postings:
- Refunds are not available for job postings once they have been published on the platform.
2.3 Subscription Services:
- Fees for subscriptions or recurring services are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
