Office Administrator and Occupational Health Technician
Full Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate employee appointments for medical evaluations and health screenings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence related to occupational health services.
- Manage clinic supplies, inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct audiometry, spirometry and vision screening as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Grade 12 Relevant Administration qualification would be advantageous Previous experience in an administrative or healthcare support role, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Relevant certifications and competency in performing Audiometry, Spirometry and vision screening Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
