Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Call Centre Quality Assessor to join our team. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating call centre agent performance based on pre-set criteria.
  • Providing detailed feedback and coaching to agents to improve service delivery.
  • Maintaining records of assessments and preparing performance reports.
  • Identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance overall service quality.

If you have a passion for ensuring exceptional customer service, this role is for you.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric certificate. Experience in customer service or call centres. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback to improve performance. Proficiency in call monitoring software (advantageous).
